We are looking for;
STRONG MORAL AND ETHICAL VALUES
#1. Motivated, dedicated, responsible self starters who can work with little to no supervision and perform each task with safety as the number one goal.
#2. Someone who can lift 100 pounds.
#3. Someone who can move a 20'+ ladder and do so without damaging the customers home or getting themselves hurt. We can train you!
#4. Someone who is not afraid of heights and can safely perform tasks while on a ladder.
#5. Someone who is talented enough to spray our Cajun Sauce only where needed while paying enough attention to keep themselves and those around them safe!
#6. Someone who is physically fit enough to keep moving all day.
You will be required to keep a neat and clean appearance. Meaning.....mustache or beard trimmed, shave daily, hair combed and always in uniform.
We drug test everyone!
We do background checks!
We do drivers license checks!
We pay above average wages!
We offer safety and performance bonuses!
You must have reliable transportation to get you to and from the job or shop each day.
Most weekends off and mostly day work. You must be willing to work weekends and evenings when needed.
Hazmat Endorsement is a big plus but not needed.
Our Pay-scale:
$14.50 - $18+++ an hour to start, plus a safety and performance bonus.
